We are attending 2015 Pipe Trades Training Conference in San Diego, California
In conjunction with the 2015 Pipe Trades Training Conference set for San Diego, California, in February, the United Association Training Department and the International Pipe Trades are pleased to present an Industry Expo to be held February 10 and 11, 2015, at the Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa.
TIP TIG USA is very proud of our relationship with the UA and its many supporting contractors. The piping market is without question one of the largest markets we serve. It is not surprising that one of the largest skilled trade organization in the world has chosen to introduce our unique technology to their members and supporting contractors. The decision to stay on the leading edge of technology and continually educate and train their workforce has resulted in the development of a UA structured training program sponsored by the International training Fund. The UA International Training Fund has also included the TIP TIG process equipment to be funded through a UA Grant.
The TIP TIG manual process offers numerous weld benefits and is far superior to the manual Tig process. The TIP TIG process lowers weld sensitivity and can provide superior weld quality and higher wire feed rates than many automated hot wire Tig welds. The process has been proven on all schedules of carbon and stainless steel and tested on Inconel 625 and other alloys with great success. This process is helping the UA weld at a very high speed and the highest quality possible manually.
The expo will offer an excellent opportunity to meet with union and training representatives of more than 250 local unions and contractors from across the United States and Canada. After the success of the 2014 event, we are expecting an even larger turnout for our 2015 conference. As with the 2014 event, the expo will open Tuesday evening with a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception and will continue Wednesday morning as one of the workshops offered at the training conference.
See you there,
The TIP TIG TEAM
